FT & PT CNA evening and night shift: Assisted Living
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADL care such as, showering, dressing, toileting, etc as set forth in resident service plan
- Assist with resident transportation throughout building by way of wheelchair or supervision during ambulation
- Communicate with co-workers, supervisors and family members regarding resident needs
- Accurate documentation of resident care
- contributes insights to resident care needs during quarterly assessments and review of service plan
- Attends all staff in-services and trainings
- Performs resident safety checks
- Promotes safe working environment by reporting maintenance and housekeeping matters during rounds, proper use and storage of equipment, as well as implementing safe lifting techniques
- Collecting and recording resident vital signs
- Light housekeeping duties
- Ability to multi-task
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of the Kutz Senior Living Campus
- Promoting a positive and professional environment among all staff, residents, and visitors
- Upholding HIPPA compliance across resident, visitor and staff of Kutz Senior Living Campus
Qualifications:
- Candidate must maintain a valid Delaware certificate as C.N.A.
- Maintain current CPR, First Aid and AED certification
- High School diploma / GED
- Previous experience working with dementia care, senior living community, hospital or home care a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Part Time
Weekend rotation required
Pay: Varies with experience
