Kutz Rehabilitation & Nursing understands the importance of meeting the dietary requirements of our residents. Dining services are provided by a highly-skilled kitchen staff, under the direction of our Executive Chef. Meals are prepared in an atmosphere of warmth and caring. Our registered dietitian oversees resident's nutritional needs and prepares their dietary care plan. The plan includes orders for special diets due to medical or physical considerations. A color-coded kitchen and rigorous attention to the smallest detail ensures that all meals are Kosher, enabling our Jewish residents to maintain their traditional diets without concern.
