Lodge Lane’s Wellness Department is managed by our Full-Time Registered Nurse, known as the Resident Services Director. The Resident Service Director meets with each resident and their representative to develop an individualized service plan which outlines the available care services the resident may select in order to make their stay a positive one. The Community employs licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to provide professional, courteous and quality assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurses are here to oversee the implementation of the service plan, assist with medication management, as well as addressing any ailments that arise. In addition, our skillfully-trained certified assistants promote independence while delivering assistance with activities of daily living such as, grooming, bathing, dressing and even transportation throughout the building as set forth in the service plan.
Residents are free to keep their primary care provider and maintain their regularly scheduled appointments. However, our Medical Director is on-site weekly and available 24-hours for emergencies. Residents may choose to enroll in this program at any given time. Similar to choosing a physician, our residents and families have the choice of pharmacy from which they receive their medications. This includes mail order pharmacy prescriptions. Lodge Lane partners with a local pharmacy who provides deliveries to the Community for those interested in this service.
